I am transitioning from Ja Social to Ja Brisk. When I copied some articles, from my old website to my new one, all of the fancy Ja Typo styles were gone. I downloaded Ja Typo plugin, and installed – and I see the button on my editor. But, when I click it, I just get a weird screen. None of the fancy styles have come back.

So, is Ja Typo not working with Ja Brisk?

Hi

The 2 templates are using different files for the typo features since ja brisk is using the less feature

You can check in templatesja_brisklesstypo.less and rebuild all your customizations

Hey Pavit. Thanks for the response. Please bear with me, as I’m not a programmer. Is it as easy as just copying code over from the file that JaSocial used into the templatesja_brisklesstypo.less?? Or am I going to really need how to code to get any changes done?

Hi

I can suggest to first take a backup of your original files

then try to copy the social typo inside the new template less file

Problem solved. I had only installed 1 of 2 plugins needed for Ja Typo to function (JA Typo Button Plugin for J25 & J31 and JA Typo Plugin for J25 & J31). After finding and installing the other, everything works.
