Dear n6rej,

Ask you requested, I open a new ticket (original thread it comes from).
Here the text of the last previous post I did in that thread:

In complement, I also have a problem with the JA Comment Off/On buttons. When they are enabled, then the bar of buttons of the JCE editor doesn’t display. The link to this other original thread.
Remark, in that case I did the update of the JA Comment elements but not with JA-Ext-Manager at that time, and now I have the problem to update JA-Comment in JA-ext-manager as indicated in the first quote above.

I added access codes to the “staff help system”.

Hi,
Just to let you know: I don’t know if you already made any intervention, but the JA Typo button now appears in the editing mode of the back-end administrator mode.
so that point seems to be solved.

Only the JA-Comment on/off buttons and update remains.

Hi,

Originally, yes I tried to update them via Joomla Extension manager (as I installed them also via the Joomla installer, and as I was not aware of the update management function of the JA-ext-Manager).
Let me know if you want I try to do an update/installation of the JA Comment via the Joomla installer.

I reinstalled the full JA Comment package via the Joomla installer manager.
The problem remains: when JA Comment on/off editing button plugins are enabled, then the Editor bar of JCE in the DOCMAN editing window is not displayed. (the html code of the article is then presented in the editng window.

(the print screen is in the 3rd post of the previous ticket)

Actually it’s conflict between JA Comment On/Off plugin not about JA Commnent component.

yes no problem for that, but I also PM you asking how I can attach the it to the PM. I couldn’t find the way to attach a file in it. (I can make link, attach pictures or links to videos, but I couldn’t find it for a zip file I want to send you.

I’ve tested w/
– DocMan: Components & all plugins included
– JA Typo system plugin
– JA Comments ON/OFF plugins
– JCE latest

And everything is working fine with no troubles.
Please try again at your side with up to date of all extensions.

ps:// as personal i don’t think JA Comments ON/OFF we need to use often much.
