I’ve applied the JA typo dropcaps style to my JA social template and it was all working fine on my local computer’s localhost.

I then uploaded the site to my test server and the ‘blockdropcap’ image isn’t showing ‘dropcap-bg.png’.
I’ve attached a couple of screen shots of the issue – I’ve checked the JA typo css files and image location and I can’t find a solution.

The actual stars appear in the JCE editor when I apply the page but not when I visit the actual page.

OK, I found the solution.
I went to Template Manager > Ja Social > Global > Css & Javascript Compress

and turned off the Optimize CSS ‘Join and Minify’ option. The JA typo buttons are now working.
