I installed the JA Typo plugin, but when I try to use it (for example, insert a module css suffix), I get this picturesque result 🙂

    Help please.

    Hi

Sorry I did not understand, you may be more accurate in describing what would you get?

I assumed that the image was clear enough.

Normally the background of JA New Pro is not red, green and blue, but white.

If activated the JA Typo plugin it happens what you see in the image.

    I hope I was clear. 🙂

    Hi

I have seen your issue i think that is a conflict of ja_typo plugin

upgrade the JA T3 Framework plugin to the 1.2.7 version, this will solve your problem.

No, it’s doesn’t work for me.

And all update are done : JA Teline IV 1.1.1, Joomla 1.7, JA T3 Framework 1.3.2, JA Typography 1.1.1

Please try clearing all you cahces especially the jat3 cache.

In addition, this template is not yet ready for Joomla 1.7 and as such you may experience a number of problems such as this. JA will make an announcement via the JA Blog when a 1.7 ready version of this template is available.

    No, it change anything.
And this appears with the joomla 1.6 version too !

And how long it will be taken ?

Version 1.6 of joomla is not supported.
We have no choice than going to version 1.7 ….!!!

I am aware of that. Hopefully though we will see a J1.7 version sometime soon. This is a very popular template and one that JA are keen to get updated. It is also a massive template with a lot of extensions that need testing so it is taking some time.

As for choice J1.5 is still supported so users really do have a choice. Remember, J1.7 is a short term release as was J1.6. My personal preference is to use only the LTS releases on live sites.

I know, but we had to take a decision on the development of a new site.
(It was also recommended, in the website of Joomlart, that for a new site, it is better to develop with Joomla 1.6)
This new website is almost ready and we must soon put it online ..

    So it becomes urgent…!

We must wait for the update (for joomla 1.7) of this template.

Once this update is available, developers will try to fix this bug.

    Stay tuned !
