It seems this has been done by mistake and on behalf of the team member that did this all I can do is appologise. I will contact Arvind and discuss this mistake. I can assure you that this will be taken seriously and that this is far from a normal situation. JA take every care to protect customers credentials and this is the first time this has happened. I am sure JA will take steps to prevent this again.
Hopefully you have changed your logins now? If not please do so as a matter of urgency!

I have indeed changed my login information and I appreciate your apology but this is pretty unforgivable. I have had almost only frustration with JA since I signed up and now this. I do not know what Arvind can do to make this up to me but he is welcome to try and I await his response.

I stand with you on this issue and i agree that whatever happened is inexcusable, your whole server and site security was compromised due to negligence on our staff part. I have removed the sensitive info from the Jira issue. To be frank with you in the last 2 years of using Jira this is the first such case.
In the hurry of getting the issue sorted out quickly, thangnn raised the issue on JIRA with details and assigned to the other dev and forgot to assign the private security level. Issues marked as private are not available to the public and before releasing it as public issue, it is stripped of all sensitive issue.
What he should have done is to use the forum to jira tool to raise the Jira Issue – add ticket ID in the comment for login details for debugging.
I have instructed the support lead to pass on reminder to all the support staff to make sure this becomes the first and last case of negligence.
Had chat with thangnn and it all was a big big mistake. On behalf of him and JoomlArt I apologize and i can assure you steps are being taken to make sure that this doesn’t happen ever again with anyone.

I found one solution for me cause i need to release my website.
I took the directory /plugins/system/jatypo/typo/images and copy into /template/ja_social “for me”/images/Typo
then i took the typo.css content and copy into templates/jasocial/css/ template.css – template-i8.css template-i7.css and template-ie.cssand disable the jatypo plugin.
Merge the plugin and template. It works for me
maybe this can help u. And the website runs more fast 🙂
