Hello,

I would like to use the Ja university joomla 3.2 like it is in the demo. How should i install the quickstart? should i unzip the zipped folder first and upload it on my server or should i do some thing else?

Hi

You need to unzip the quickstart.zip folder on your server if it allow this , or locally and then upload all the files on your hosting space.

Hello,
I can’t upload picture on my slideshow via media. When i try to upload picture i get this message: The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.

If you believe the security rule is affecting the normal operation of your website,
you can disable it by adding the following lines to your .htaccess file:

Please help me.

Hi

Such types of restrictions are not related to the template, but at your hosting configuration , ask to them to verify your .htaccess file and why you cannot upload files on your website.
