– How can I change the idiom of the K2 component for portuguese. I have already installed the language and put it by default but still appear items like «more detail», «Be the first of your friends to like this.».
– How to format the date of publication articles in the front end (category blog style), so that the hour does not appear.

I am using joomla 2.5.

– To translate Readmore link for K2, you can open file: /languages/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_university.ini, find this line:

K2_READ_MORE=”Read more”

>>> translate to your own word

– Do you mean formate date of K2 item? You can try open file: /languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_k2.ini, search for line:

K2_DATE_FORMAT_LC2=”%A, %d %B %Y %H:%M”

then remvoe the hour and minute.

Clean JAT3 cache once done
