In the administrative area of your site:

GoTo: SITE > SYSTEM INFORMATION > DIRECTORY PERMISSIONS

This should tell you where you have permission problems. Everything needs to indicate – Writeable
If this is not the issue, then we will need, at the least, the URL of your site to better diagnose.

Let us know if you need further.

    hi Brett,
    thankyou for the explanation.

    I have checked the SITE>SYSTEM INFORMATION>DIRECTORY PERMISSIONS
and it is all already WRITEABLE,
in fact, I give all permission with my FTP manager to all joomla directory with permission level: 777

as you can see in my image above.
    but still,
    The problem is occured.
    nothing showed.

    For your need,
here is the URL of the site directory :
    http://www.atbbatam.com/raptor/

and the administration directory is still the default /administrator/

if you need the admin user and password, please let me know,
would be send you by private message.

    thank you

    rgds,

    problem solved.

    I have to do this:
    1. install GD Library
    2. Install curl
    3. enable mbstring
    in my PHP settings.

if you have the root privileges for your CPanel/WHM,
    just go to your WHM:
1: Login into WHM -> Software -> EasyApache
2: During the build profile in step 5 you can find an option of set exhaustive list from where there will be one option of GD L:ibrary, mbstring, and curl.
3: Select that option and rebuild the apache.
4: Restart cPanel and http services.

    🙂
    Then go to PHP Configuration,
and set the mbstring_encode from no value to UTF-8

    Hope it helps.
