Sorry guys, please do not insult me nor be mad at me, if you think this is not the right place to submit this issue…
Does anyone know how to contact joomlart.com and its support staff?
You see, I have sent countless emails, support tickets, and more emails but, nobody seems to be reading them.
Problem is I paid for installation service and it has not been done…
It is not my style to disrespect people even when they have offended me so, if you know how to contact the joomlart support team, please tell them to contact me URGENTLY.
Their automated response system keeps telling me that someone will contact me “shortly” but, days have gone by and no one has contacted me.
By the way, do they have a phone number, because I have searched and couldn’t find it anywhere on http://www.joomlart.com
PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE TO THEM IF YOU KNOW HOW.

December 16, 2012 at 2:50 am #476381What is your JA University Install Problem
December 16, 2012 at 9:57 am #476389I paid for the “Copyright Removal” Licence and expected to download the instructions immediately but, I couldn’t find it anywhere.
I checked the download page and every where else but still no luck.I have tried to contact joomlart support but they didn’t reply to me. All I get is automated messages but no reply from a human regarding this “Copyright Removal” issue.
This may not be true but I think it is a trick to force client to keep the joomlart copyright information on their website when they don’t want to.
So, tell the joomlart guys to send me the information to enable me remove their copyright information and replace it with mine.
Thanks.

Did you get a Copyright Removal Kit in your email. If not because you paid for it already go to
languageen-GB
and open
en-GB.mod_footer
in your choice of a editor and change it to whatever you want it to say.
You should see this

MOD_FOOTER=”Footer”
MOD_FOOTER_LINE1=”Copyright © %date% %sitename%. All Rights Reserved.”
MOD_FOOTER_LINE2=”Joomla! is Free Software released under the GNU General Public License.”
MOD_FOOTER_XML_DESCRIPTION=”This module shows the Joomla! copyright information.”
Also here is a Thread about paid for copyright removal.

You have to leave this part
Designed by JoomlArt.com
.
This link may help 15th September 2008 is when the copyright fiasco started
http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/copyright-removal-2/

You can remove JA copyright information in header, footer or xml file with condition that you purchase Copyright Removal feature (USD40) which is separated from your JATC Standard membership fee. Our copyright information in other files must be kept unchanged and you are not allowed to claim “Designed by You”
