1) How I put vertical menu on the left of the template? What position is?
2) How I put language switcher in right top of template? What position is?

1. May I know what is framework version that your site is using (T3 or T3v2)?
If you are not sure, you can PM your site URL and temporary admin account. I can suggest more detail which one is suitable.
