Hi
I using the Ja University template.
I see the editor when writing Turkish characters. But when I save the text Turkish characters ? returning to the character. Turkish characters in the same way as my website seems problematic.

You have to change the collation(utf8_general_ci) before you install Joomla.

Open your empty database with PhpMyadmin, click on Operations and change the collation.
