February 7, 2014 at 9:49 pm #194589Hi,
I’ve been using Beranis for over half a year now, and was happy with how it was growing.
Today, I did 2 things:
– do JA updater (updated template, content slider and slideshow)
– install Nonumber Cache Cleanerafter this, suddenly I didn’t have a frontend anymore (only blank page, no source either).
When I changed the template to Purity II, it worked again
When I installed Purity III, it didn’t work with that either. Thanks in advance for helping me out.

February 8, 2014 at 12:54 pm #521815Hi,
I checked the site… still the same here. Only a white screen :((
Checked with both Firefox and Chrome.
Is it possible that the problem is only if you’re not logged in? (cookie issue)Apparently, one person is online at this moment – so for some users it does work, but for others it doesn’t. Multiple other people have notified me about not reaching the site.
According to Google analytics, I had 2 visitors between 6 AM (CET) and noon today. Usually I have a bit more (average of 200 per day)

February 8, 2014 at 7:19 pm #521863Ah… okay, so if I understand correctly: the template was upgraded to the new T3-framework, but the update didn’t check if the correct T3 was installed (and if the old one was removed) 🙂
