    Hi,

    When I try to login into service it hangs, see attached. So I cannot update the components. JA Update manager is updated.

    Hi,

    I just tried to login with my account and it works normally, you may try to reset the password and login again.

    If there is stil no go, you can share the credentials so I will check.
