    Hi,

I love the video guides posted on the JA site, like the one on the Amazon S3 extension page:

    http://www.joomlart.com/joomla/extensions/ja-amazon-s3

I need to create some custom training videos for clients on how to use basic Joomla functions etc. and am hoping someone at JA can tell me what software you used to capture the video and also what software you used to add the “tool tips” that appear during the video.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

I have used Camtasia studio software for the screen capture and editing to make that video. The tooltips and zoom are the features of Camtasia studio and easy to work with.

The trick in in choosing the capture dimensions and production sets. If you want to upload your video’s to YouTube and that too in HD. then you can google for the recommended settings, you will get many references for help.

    Regards

    Arvind
