Hi admin,
I purchase template few hours ago but failed to find a option to make it responsive, can I know where I am doing it wrong? thanks.

I did tried to install its neighboring template mixmaz and it worked great but not Vintas.

I thought Joomla 3.1 is responsive,Right!?

Sorry, but no – JA Vintas is not responsive.
It does come with separate layouts for mobile devices. But as for being truly “Responsive” – no it is not.

Your requirement is related to customizing the core feature of our template which it regularly takes our dev team few weeks or one month to finish this responsive feature. So that, I suggest you to try on our JA Hawkstore template which supports the responsive layout fully and cooperates with our overriden layout of Virtuemart component.

I’m not sure whether good understand, per month propably template ja_vintas will be responsive?

Again, JA Vintas is not responsive and there are no plans to rewrite it to make it so. To do so would entail weeks of customized work.
As mentioned earlier, JA Hawkstore is the responsive Virtuemart-included template.
