Hello,

After using Quickstart (thanks by the way!)….I went in to change the parameters on the JA VM Product Slider module only to find that it has been “locked.”

This is very curious to me as I have never tried to open it before and no one else has access to try to open it.

How in the world do I “unlock” this? Which really brings up a question I never thought about before, if I allow “backend access” and someone “locks up” a module/etc, how does one “unlock” such item?

If you are the administrator you can click on it even if there is a locked sign.

There’s an option to Clear them. Go to System > Global Checkin in the administrator area.
