Hi Helpdesk,

Recently we have installed JA Voice component and unable to post the questions or suggestions etc..

So kindly do the needful.

Currently it is configured to “Ask A Question” menu item in Mega Menu. Please see the attached snapshot for reference.

Which Joomla! version you are using ? Do you have any js or php error message ?
In fact JA Voice is not ready for Joomla! 3.4.x

Thanks for reply.

Joomla version is 3.3.3. We could not see any error but there is no action after clicking the ask/new or any button. Please refer the attached screen shot for your ref and correct me if there is any updates needed.

You have js errors that’s why js functions are not working


Uncaught Error: Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher(anonymous function) @ bootstrap.js:15(anonymous function) @ bootstrap.js:17
script.js:145 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'Constructor' of undefined

You are including 2 versions of jQuery

<script src="/media/jui/js/jquery.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
and

<script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.8.3.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

Please remove 1.8.3 instance
