JA Voice is a great component and I used for almost a month with no issues. However since upgrading to the 1.2.5 edition it’s no longer allowing me to post responses in the admin response section – it cuts off all text except first sentence. Also when posting a new voice the description is duplicated and pasted twice on the page. In short, all the configurations remained the same after upgrade. Everything worked perfectly. After upgrade none of the text entry fields are functioning properly. I am running latest version of Joomla and have latest versions of PHP and MySql on my server. There are no alternatives for a self hosted support application like this and I don’t want to use one of the 3rd party systems like getsatisfaction or uservoice which takes people off my site. any help would be most appreciated.

This might be bug or just specific case, hence please provide us more credentials inlcuding site url, admin account; FTP pathway/username/password via ticket ID# (IVH-748061) so that we can inspect and give the solution at the soonest time.
