Hi,
I have a problem with automatic scaling of images.
Please click on menu REGIONS. You will see 4 category pictures. If you now reduce your browser screen, you will see that JA WALL does not scale down images proportionally but it only scales down horizontally. Furthermore, I do not manage to get the images “flying”” like with my other JA Wall web-site : http://www.rappdeckelen.lu/Joomla30/ (click menu “PRODUCTIOUNEN” and you will see that images are “flying in” and if you reduce the browser, the images are automatically reduced.
I would be very happy if you could help.
Many thanks

May 2, 2013 at 8:03 am #491634Hi claudemetz,
You should check again your content.
When you add the content using editor, please remember REMOVE the height attribute.
For example:
<img class="" src="" alt="hunger in sudamerika 0" width="600" height="279" style="display: inline;">

May 6, 2013 at 2:36 am #491943Hi claudemetz,
The layout of Region Menu does not set to ja_wall.
Please make sure you are using JA Wall as default template.
And the menu item type should be K2 Categories. Please check the template value in K2 >> Category manager if menu item inherits the template from category.Regards
January 17, 2016 at 9:49 am #850270Hi
After upgrade to latest version of ja_wall template, all my settings are gone. Like header, logo, css styles aso.
Would you know why I need to rebuild my website each time after upgrading to latest template version ?
Best regards

January 20, 2016 at 7:15 am #862525Hi @claudemetz,
Actually updating the template won’t have anything to do with your setting, unless you uninstall the old one then install a new version (which is totally incorrect). There are 2 methods to update the template : via JA Extension Manager component or just replace the old version with new version via FTP, both ways are to replacing only files / folders.
While your template settings are stored in database instead, if you have to reconfigure your settings again, there might be a problem with your Joomla! installation itself.
January 27, 2016 at 6:50 am #869446Please help have I done something wrong ?
My provider did not allow the direct zip package install so i ve done it (t3 framework and Ja Wall) manually copying the xml and all the stuff in the temp file of my joomla 4.38 then start the install that wen on. Everything seems to work fine except that I only get the "getting started" page, no other article displas. + is there a tool inside the package that allows to customize the colors and so on apart from the codesource lines ? There must be some toolbox somewhere no ? thanksJanuary 27, 2016 at 7:41 am #869466Actually I do not have access to the different styles, each time I get through the menu choice to the "blog/columns" display, hoping to obtain the nice checkers display for my front page I get this message
