I have looked through the forum for a while now, but I have not found what I am looking for.

I have installed the JA Wall Theme and all the required plugins..including K2.

I have two issues.

1. it doesn’t give me a default look like the demo site: see here- http://www.mysportbox.com/msbx
can someone tell me how this needs to be configured. I tried it on another dev site as well and I get the same thing

2. the social plugin will not install from the extension manager. I get the following error:
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home2/danville/public_html/mysportbox.com/msbx/tmp/install_50579468aac19/cache

Help would be truly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you please post using your valid account ? JA Wall is a commercial product and support is valid for active paid members.

With your active account ? Because as you already know not all threads/posts are shown to non paid members.
