Problem: I have already changed Metadata Setting in my Joomla Administrator to my own meta data.. however, when i View Source my JA_wall site.. this meta data settings still appears:
<meta name=”keywords” content=”Responsive Joomla 2.5 template, Pinterest Joomla template, photo gallery Joomla template, Social Feed Joomla Template,Porfolio Joomla Template, Business Joomla Template, Recipe Joomla Template” />
<meta name=”description” content=”A flawless responsive Joomla template that is inpsired from Pinterest which enables you to build your site fill with valuable content in just seconds.” />so in google search engine.. same meta data still appears..
I have changed it to my own meta data settings few weeks ago..
TIA

June 9, 2012 at 8:23 am #456736It would take time to reindex in search engine. Also I heard there is a option in analytics or webmaster tool in google to remove the index data.
please try this

June 23, 2012 at 3:37 pm #458608I have the same problem, no matter hwat meta data I change or what ever, if I want to post my site on Facebook for instance there is the joomlart meta data again: JA Puresite is responsive Joomla template developed by JoomlArt – professional Joomla template club. JA Puresite template is Joomla 2.5 ready and supports k2 component.””
I think it is extremely annoying and nothing less than disgracefull!
I don not want my customers to know about joomlart, they eare not interested in joomlart and I do not want any links to joomlart on my websites!
To all Joomlart employees: do something about this annoying issue!chris

June 25, 2012 at 7:17 am #458694Hi reedmachines,
JA Wall Metadata Settings can be easy changed on the Home menu item setting.
Please clean the system cache and check the page again with ‘viewsource’. If you view the source page and see the correct Meta information, then Facebook and search engine will crawl the correct content. And thanks to Chavan, you are right.

</blockquote>If you still have the problem, please PM admin/ftp access information via pm so I can take a look.
Regards

If you don’t complete the article metadata item when you created. When you post it on facebook the metadata info auto complete with the default site metadata.reedmachines Friendreedmachines
