    Hi,

    In 9th August 2012, as a “licensed member” i downloaded JA Wall v1.3
    Recenty I tried to update to the latest version and on the process I v got a message that “I have no rights”.

    Please let me know what is the problem!

    Just clarify that our JA Wall is available for free to all active JA Developer members only and it is not covered by JATC / JAEC members.

    You are JATC and JAEC member, you are required to upgrade to JA Developer membership or purchase more our JA Wall bundle (49$) to have permission to download it.

    For now, to be honest, i can not find any clue to track why you can get our JA Wall template under your membership.

    Could you please show me where / how you got the info to download JA Wall under your membership ?

    I would love to receive more info from you!

    In 9th August 2012 I paid for 1 year JATC Standard Membership.
    The same day I downloaded the JA Wall V 1.3
    I am sure there is a way to check my, above mentioned, actions.

    I you want I can PM you my URL and ftp for further auditing.

    I Support Legal distribution of any software
    I always pay for every software I use (other than the free ones)
    I dont exchange or pass any software to friends etc
    I dont use software “copies” not even of Microsoft’s, Adobe’s etc
    I dont even have a torrent account

    I am half a century old (age) and I am not the kind of person who like to cheat for 49$

    The fact is that I DID downloaded JA Wall V1.3 in 9th August 2012.

    Obviously but that time as JATC & JAEC Member I was allowed to do that.

    So there must be a way to update!

    I would like to re-clarify that JA Wall template can not be downloaded under your account.
    If you did download it, I think there was a mistake on our permission privilege somehow.
    For now, if you want to upgrade our JA Wall template and get our technical support service, you are required to purchase more JA Wall bundle at http://www.joomlart.com/member/signup.php
    Hope you understand and really sorry for any inconvenience.

    I am will try to support you once you purchase the bundle.

    Hi Wall Crasher,

    In 9th August the reason I did paid for JATC Standard Membership was to get JA Wall Temp,
    which is the only temp i installed in my live installation till know out of all JA Temps.

    Now you are asking me – due to your mistake – to pay again to get updates & support.
