    Hello,

I saw that JA WALL has been updated in August: is that mean Ja Wall is ready for J3.3.3?
I usually update JA WALL for my customer and I’m sill on J3.0.

    Thank you for your help.

First of all thank you for the quickest answer I never had on a forum 🙂

I do understand that ja Wall works on joomla 3.3 but it was not precised j3.3.3 or other.
If I upgrade from j3.0 to j3.3.3 I want to be sure that I will not encounter issues.

    Thx u

Always make a COMPLETE BACKUP of your site – including databases – before performing any update/upgrade. If something doesn’t work correctly, you have your complete backup to revert back to.

OK I updated the template with J3.3.3
No difficulties except one strange thing: even if it seems that I correctly updated to ja wall template 1.2.0 (installed version 1.2.0 ! and no new version dixit jaem), I still have joomla’s message saying one updated extension is available and of course this is JA Wall Template for J25 & J33 v1.2.0.
    did I do something wrong?
    N.B/ I deleted the cache.
    thank you for your help

    Hello,

thank you but it doesn’t answer to my question.
Do you know why I have still joomla doesn’t find the update of the template?
I still have the ‘one upated extension is available’ message but JAEM tells me that the template is up-to-date 1.2.0.

Difficult to explain to my customer that the site has been updated with this message.
    Any idea?
    grazie 1000

    Hi guys,

When you upgrade JA extensions / templates successfully but the Joomla Updater still keeps on telling you that you need to update the JA extensions. It is because of Cache. To fix it, please follow these steps:

    1. In the Back-end, please go to: Extension Manager >> click to tab Manager >> Filter to JA Extension /template >> click Refresh
    2. Go to tab: Update >> Click Purge Cache
    3. Now click on the Find Update button and you will see that there is no update message as before.

    Regards
