January 16, 2014 at 12:47 pm #193798Just went to add a client to the JA Social Wall component that came with the bundle, and it seems there is some error message. The plug in cpanel doesn’t have a correct loading, missing the links to close or save and the various social setting options.
I tried to reinstall, made no difference. I need to get this working, can you take a look? There was an arror warning at the bottom:
An error has occurred.
0 SQL=SELECT * FROM xxxxx_k2_categories WHERE parent = ‘0’ AND published=1 AND trash=0 ORDER BY ordering ASC
How to fix this??
thanks guys, and just wanted to say, LOVE how this template has really turned our newspaper around, amazing!

January 17, 2014 at 9:21 am #518829Hi Jeff,
In this case, you can try to update the latest version 1.1.3 of this plugin and check out the social profiles again.
Another option is to create a new table named q7zcf_k2_categories in phpMyadmin or install the K2 component. The social profiles settings will display properly without any error message then.
Remember to clear System Cache after saving any update.
