Hi,

In your template_css.css file there is this styling <blockquote>#ja-mainnav {
font-size: 1em;
line-height: normal;
width: 80%;
float: left;
}</blockquote>

if you change the with from 80% to 100%, the menu will expand to the end, but still it is overflowing to next line because the available menu width can not accomodate all your menu items.
