On the ja zibal, contents are on the left and menu is on the right. How do i have the menu on the left and right while the content remains in the middle?

Thanks, but i would still like to see the demo of 3 columns before i go and download it.

Is there someone who can point me the 3 column demo which i can actually see live and how it looks?

The 2 column one impresses me however not able to meet my requirements.
