July 22, 2009 at 5:16 pm #311843To change the color you would do it through the administration. In the backend you can select which color you want under the template manager.
July 22, 2009 at 5:32 pm #311847I need to change in front end like a demo . Not at administrator backend . Already tested with Joomla 1.5.12 on linux and windows server with same result .
Menu link as external link > ?ja_color=default / blue /red same as Quick Start but the result is not same with demo . The color is changing if you click the link .wiery Friendwiery

July 22, 2009 at 5:37 pm #311850The color changer in the demo is for demo purposes ONLY. It is not supposed to work in the downloaded version.
July 22, 2009 at 6:36 pm #311863Every quickstart package will give you the result like you see on the demo sites… The most simple way indeed.

July 22, 2009 at 6:51 pm #311865a developer member is just a member, doesnt say anything about knowledge about JA templates.
Scotty’s Answer is the right one, this particular feature is only available in demo.

difrent answer with difrent developer memberLMAO! Do not take Wooohanetworks advice on anything. He’s rarely correct. Plus the fact that a member is a ‘developer member’ means nothing.
Some templates do have a ‘User Toolbar’ like JA Uvite but most don’t. You could try and implement the color switcher from Uvite to Lead.
