January 20, 2014 at 9:27 am #519070I’m not sure which JA ContentSlider module version on your site? Please try to download the latest version here. Remember to clear cache from admin area after installation.
If the issue still persists, you can send me URL, admin and FTP credentials via private message. I will help to debug the root of issue.

Go to Admin of JA ContentSlider module and set module class suffix “ ja-content-slider” (remember to add space before suffix text), see the screenshot:
