    I currently have same problem..
    1. what folder is it loading the images from
    2. How can i specify the link to a particular article.
I read the user guide for zeolite but not helpful and I have checked the module content slider.

Any Help will be truly appreciated.

Hi, mod_ja_contentscroll, which is responsible for scrolling the popular articles, is set to take the articles from a defined category (can be changed from backend). It is so developed that it takes the picture from the article and links the picture to its respective articles.

It won’t be easy to add you own picture with external url. The module will have to be rewritten. May be you can try joomla extension directory and search for image scrollers module with capability of embedding external url. You can replace such module to this module and you should be done.

    Regards

    1. The content Scroller loads the image from the articles posted in specific category. The category to be included can be configured from the backend by changing the category id. You can prepare your articles add image to the top left of the article and publish them to the category specified in the content scroller module backend.

    2. The link to the articles are autogenerated, and this can be enhanced with the options in the backend. Like activating linked title or removing the image link or showing read more etc…
