Dose any one can help with JA_decor slider. Do I need to upgrade JA_decor so it will work with Jomsocial 4? The Image album in Jomsocial is not showing the arrows to navigate the images. Jomsocial support referred me to Ja_decor developers. (see attached images from Jomsocial) The image album is hiding low and no arrows displayed. We know that JA_decor slider is the issue. How can we fix it?

Why are you not supporting your product? This is wrong.We could not find any active paid subscription associated with your account "blackpixel", this is why we are unable to provide you support at the moment due to our "technical support is only available for active paid members of JoomlArt" policy.
If you are sure that you already paid for a subscription recently, then please provide us your PayPal transaction ID so we could verify your purchase further.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Sanguaros will be able to assist you with your JA Decor question once this membership issue is cleared up.

You should be able to support users that pay you for your product. The carelessness in your services should be posted in all freelance website. You should disclose that your product support is conditioned with a membership in all times It is wrong. I’ve already explained that our system does not have record of your purchase and nicely asked you to show the proof of your purchase so we could verify things further. However you made accusations of us while refusing to provide any proof of your purchase, it is really unfair when all we did was trying to help you sort this out.
I’m asking you to do this again : Please confirm if you actually made your purchase at Joomlart.com or not and if you did, just provide us your payment receipt as proof of purchase. Joomlart.com is the only source where you could purchase the templates legally.

What kind of information do you need to confirm my purchase?
We need any receipt you could provide about your purchase like the date of purchase, payment transaction ID (PayPal or Skrill), invoice (sent to your email after purchase). If you really made a payment then there must be a record of it, kindly check your mailbox, PayPal history, CC history to look for these info.

I’m afraid your name alone is not much of a help here. We need you to provide your payment receipt, when you make a payment there’s always record of it so please check your PayPal history or CC history. If you did not find anything then you must have not made a payment.
Also, in case you actually paid for a membership in May 2014, this means this membership has expired since last year already (membership lasts for 1 year at most) . So even if you could provide payment receipt for the 2014 purchase, right now you cannot receive our support as an expired member, as we could provide support for active paid members only.
Hope you could consider purchasing a new membership plan to become our active member again.

I did buy this theme from you and I will not pay again to encounter this bad service again.You obviously do not put any effort to help me to find the records of my purchase.
I wanted to buy an upgrade for this theme to work with Jomsocial 4.The only option i have now since I do not trust this operation is to go to social media and spread the word in all
developers forums and freelance websites. Joomlart sucks. Do not buy this product. WE DO NOT CARE.I have saved this conversation and will paste it anywhere I can.
