i chose menu = 2 for suckerfish in the vars file

the menu type is flatlist

the top menu is still not showing as suckerfish and the menu on right is not displaying properly either

what am i doing wrong?

Hi godsart !
I have viewed your site ! Now, Menu active is split menu , not suckerfish menu . On right panel display sub menu ( child menus items of active menu item ) . In your site threre aren’t sub menu( don’t have menu item have child menu items ). because right panel menu don’t display.

ok, the file set correctly now to suckerfish BUT I don’t understand why menu module on right is not displaying the child menus….Please go to hunterdavid.com and see how the child shows on suckerfish but it does NOT display in module? what setting do i have to change? thanks .

Menu at right module is default menu of joomla, it not show child menus like top menu of template.

thank you again for clarification…i did not know joomla menu does not display children. by the way where do you get icons/clip art from for ja_olyra? i’d like to find more similar ones!
