Good day

I would like to use joomshopping as it is on ja_fixel on ja_music template

I installed joomshopping as external component, installed the ja_fixel theme to joomshopping. I also installed ja_fixel template and assigned it to the shop menu.

It kind of works, but obviously the menu and footer looks like ja_fixel and not ja_music.

Is it possible to edit ja music body so it can be compatible with joomshopping in fixel? Or would it be easier to edit ja_fixel template so it can look lice ja_music

I also don’t have access to the joomshopping modules as displayed in fixel. there is no cart, no latest module, no category module

Hi jptromp,

I did see your ticket regarding the same question. Yes, JA developers do have access to limited customization support but your request to move the style from JA Fixel to JA Muzic is heavy customization. Trust me if it was that easy.. we would have ported Joomshopping support to each of our templates as default.

I still have asked my support team to have a look at your request.

I would like to clarify that for heavy customization, you should hire a developer to carry out such work, customization support is out of JA support scope.

But you can use default template on joomshopping, see the screenshot

Hi

I dont want to use the default theme it looks stupid on ja_music.

JA Developer package does have light customization. What is then classified as light then?
The shop doesn’t need to look exactly like ja_fixel, just something better than the default.I just want to use the theme. I uploaded the fixel theme and it works but the sizes needs to be change to fit properly, it can still use ja_music module positions and everything

All i want is the effects that is used on joomshopping fixel, surely this is not advance customizations

It would be awesome if you can possibly include a screenshot and description on that particular screenshot on what you would like to do. Otherwise, it’s like solving a puzzle without clue.

However, we need to notice again that your request is related to heavy customization of a 3rd party extension (JoomShopping) layouts on our template which generally is not under the limited customization support policies of JA Developer membership. One again, we’d suggest you to work with an experienced developer to help you handling this complicated development task.

In order to help you and the dev more easier to get the Fixel JoomShopping layout on JA Muzic template, I can outline 2 steps you can refer:

1. Download the JoomShopping layouts folder on JA Fixel template in my attachment.

2. Extract the folder in attachement into componentscom_jshoppingtemplates path on your server. Then adjust the available layouts of JoomShopping to make it fitted on JA Muzic template.
