Hello,

I bought JA_K2_Filter module and installed it.
I have installed K2 and configured it.

2 problems
First.
In the plugin I can choose Text and Range values but only these two and not Drop-down-selection. So I only can see 2 multi filter parameters.

Second.
I have configured the plugin but it doen not show on my frontpage or whereever. I can see the field I configured for a second and then it does disappear.

If you want to login at the backand let me know. The website is in the beginning of development so no problem.

Hi,
1. I think your k2-extrafield is textarea/text, with this type you only keep type of filter field is textbox or change to drop-down selection by ja-range.
2. I see JA-K2 module on your front-page. Please don’t set it in page search, because this module and plugin-ja-k2filter have the same function.
If the errors persist on your site, please PM me the site login and FTP details, i shall fix it for you.

Hello Pham,

I think my private mail is not recieved by you. So I place my next question on the forum (I mailed this PM some minutes ago, but can’not find it in you PM)

I mailed you I think thuesday and got no answer.
May be you did not recieve my mail or I did something wrong.
Hereby a new attempt.

In my website http://www.wandelrustplek.nl for which I gave you the inlog en ftp information the module and plug JA_K2_Search and filter still does not work propperly at least not what I think it shoult have te do..

What I want is as follows (explain again)

I have different categories in K2 (Maaten van Rossum pad , Pieterpad)
The categories heve extra fields (Traject, type, naam, adres, etc.

I want to search as follows:

Cat1 (Maarten van Rossum) has maybe 15 Trajecten (I only made 2) (In English Traject is called Track I think)
Aan there are maybe 8 or 9 types (Bed and breakfast, mini-camping, camping, etc.)

So when I fill in a Cat1 and a Traject A and a type X I get zero results while there are 2 resukts.
When I search Cat1 and Type X and fill in Traject Any Traject there are suddenly that 2 results.

Can this plugin only search at 1 Category and the only 1 Type and why will it not work when I even fill in a Traject. That’s not what it is promised to do.

So when you said that it works that’s not right.
It does not work at as it suposed and announced to. Do I something wrong.

You may change the K2 extrafields as you want No problem because the website is just in the beginneng of development. Change it in for example A’s and B’s etc.

Please make an example for me in the website.

I really don’t know what is my mistake.

Filtering more than 2 gives always zero result.
