Hi there,

I installed ja_kranos from the Quick Installation package. I make sure that the template is the default for the site. I can Access the Admin site but the website shows blank.

I have used few Joomlart templates before but this is the first time I encounter this problem.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi andrewawad

The beez5 template works fine so it could be the jat3 framework plugin had some problem during installation process

Try to do in this way

1) Set the beez5 as default template

2) Uninstall the JaT3 Framework plugin

3) Reinstall the plugin

4) Clean the cache

5) Set Ja_Kranos as default

Thanks For Quick respond. I followed the instruction with know luck. When I view the source for the blank page I see the below.

Some how after I cleaned the cache I see blank template. please advice. Should I disable the module again?

It’s a memory related issue you have the chance to increase your memory limit in php.ini ?

yes I can. What should I set it for?

Also How come I do not see any picture? was the installation file corrupted?

Actually is 18MB increase at least at 24

All images files are copyrighted so Joomlart cannot release images in their quickstart,
all templates are released in this way no images
