January 13, 2011 at 9:13 pm #158712Hello,
I have a site where I use Ja_ Kyanite II and in IE7 and IE8 it breaks, blue background and almost white color for titles, in Chrome and Firefox it works great!
Please help, this site is in production already!

January 13, 2011 at 11:03 pm #371756A couple of things to try.
First, make sure you are using the latest release of the JA Slideshow module and if not upgrade it using the JA Extensions manager.
If that doesn’t work try disabling the module temporarilly and see if the rest of the page renders as it should.
If that doesn’t work tre disabling the find us on facebook module and see if that makes a difference.
The come back and tell us your findings and we can advise further.

January 13, 2011 at 11:31 pm #371762Thank you very much… disabling the ja_slideshow did the trick….
I then downloaded the ja_slideshow2 and it does the same thing…disabled as you recommended facebook and social media… and the same issue happens…

January 13, 2011 at 11:39 pm #371768The slideshow works in the demo so it must work with IE8. First thing to do would be to make sure it is updated to the latest version. The you should look at the setting in the slideshow module. Where you have added your own wording etc make sure you have closed all tags. It is probably just oneof those not closed properly.

January 13, 2011 at 11:46 pm #371769Thanks tons Phill!
Apparently the issue was when I was using the following:
<blockquote>
<blockquote><span class=”open”>N</span>This is sample text. <span class=”blue”>This is sample text. This is sample text. </span>,This is sample text. This is sample text. <span class=”close”>.</span></blockquote>
<a href=”#” class=”readmore”>Learn More</a>
</blockquote>I changed it to this:
<blockquote>
<blockquote><span class=”open”>N</span>This is sample text. This is sample text. This is sample text. This is sample text. This is sample text. This is sample text. <span class=”close”>.</blockquote>
<a href=”#” class=”readmore”>Learn More</a>
