I have deleted and reinstalled this template on 3 different databases. I receive the following error:

    E_NOLOGIN_ACCESS

When a user registers and clicks “send registration” they are always redirected to the home page with this error. I am using the virtuemart component and I noticed it registers the users into their, but in the main joomla user manager none of the new users are added. In addition if I try manually creating a user in the joomla user manager it will say that I have successfully created the user but they still do not show up in the user manager. They do however show up in the virtuemart user manager.

This is very frustrating. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Please try switching to one of the default templates and then try again to see if the problem persists.

Changed the template, still have the same issue. One thing I noticed in the database is that under jos_users the newly registered user appears. What it is not doing is importing that information into jos_core_acl_aro or jos_core_acl_groups_aro_map. Any advice on why this is happening and a solution?

Have you read through the many reports of this here – http://tinyurl.com/4jwssqn

The tables you mention should not contain the information the same as the users table. Do you have lots of users or is this a new site?

new site, I know it shouldn’t contain the same information but those tables contain nothing except the super administrator I have also been searching the internet for about 2 hours looking for a solution and can’t find one.

Please try downloading the template again and install on your localhost (use a tool such as wamp or xampp) and see if you get the same problem with a fresh download. If that is the case then I will investigate further. I have tried the download on my localhost just now and cannot replicate your problem.

I used fresh software everytime I did a reinstall. Here is the update:

When a user registers it places their information in the jos_user table. No information goes in jos_core_acl_aro or jos_core_acl_groups_aro_map. So if I run an sql query to place the information their it works. I noticed that newly registered users do not display in the user manager, but after the sql query they do display. Now when I delete one of these users from the user manager it deletes them from all three tables.

So the problem seems to be the way the site acts with the database. The site will allow me to delete users in the user manager, but not add users. This is very weird and it seems to be a problem with the way the site interacts with my database. What information do you need to assist this problem?

I have replace the jos_core_acl_aro_sections table as it was empty. I will check the download and if required pass on the information to the developers for a fix.
