To support charset iso-8859-9, your php must enable Iconv extension. The extension is a default part of PHP5. Please provide your live site url if you need further help.

Hi Khanh Le thanks to all works …ja news supoort 8859-9 charset any more.. BUT continius 8859-9 charset problem on HEADLİNE part .
