I’m trying to get exactly the same look as in the demo for JA Rutile

I’ve got an image – width 505, height 142 and then some description text.

The description text display starts somewhere under the image – so only the last part of the sentence shows. (Basically about 5 words or so are being hidden – so shows: “in delightful Venice.” instead of “Picture 1 Join our search for Marco Polo’s house in delightful Venice.”

Nothing I do (adding more br, etc.) makes a difference.

This happens in IE7 but not firefox.

You can see that the code is fine – by looking at the site – you’ll see I’ve pointed the home menu to the article – which show correctly and the JA News is right underneath – which doesn’t show correctly.

    This is the site: http://marcopolopress.com

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Rashid.

    Hi rkotwal,

I have looked your website in Ie7 but could not find.
Maybe you have fixed this issue.

In internet explorer 7 text hides behind images, but with Chrome and FF 3 there’s no problem… how can i solve this?

    Alright, I solved it…

I had image aligned to the right with a width just fitting the column. In Chrome and FF 3 the browser knew to put the text right below the image, but it seems that internet couldn’t figure that out. Once I set the alignment to “none” the problem was solved…
