Hi everybody, does anyone know of a way to stop the newflash module from displaying in a random order?

I searched before making this topic and found this thread where someone asked the exact same question:

I followed the steps in that thread to the letter and it stopped the newsflash all together, (just stuck on one).

Any ideas where it’s going wrong?

Not sure if were allowed to bump but im still looking for some help on this, I haven’t managed to figure it out yet.
