I am using the 3 column layout for the ja_newspro (default layout). I would like my 3rd column (category) to have a slightly different layout than the other 2 columns. For example I want the thumbnail image to be bigger.

Is there a way to do this?

While I am of the opinion that there is always a way to accomplish just about anything – I believe that this particular modification would (if at all possible) involve some significant code modification to separate the styling for the third column from the other two – as they are all controlled by the same code for conformity.

Nevertheless, I will roundtable this with several Support Team Members to see what they think as well.

    Hi there,
Yup. I can help you for this custom code. But would you mind give me a detail of customize ?
Because i’ll make hard code into module core 🙂
    Thank you

In a perfect world I would like to have the ja_newspro use 2 columns (I know I can set this in the backend). And then to the right of each row a separate module. It’s ok if I have to have more than one module – as I know the tricky part is that ja_newspro has a variable number of rows. Our number of rows in the ja_newspro won’t change (set to 5 rows/sections). So I would like either 1 module or 5 modules to the right of it, and to the left of the existing col-mass-top, right1 and col-mass-bot.

If that is not possible – then I would look at having the 3rd column with ja_newspro – have different styling.

Let me know what is possible and if there would be a cost.

    Thanks
    Janice
