Can someone help me with this. Take a look at this page…

I want to eliminate the menu under the banner. I cannot seem to alter this in the code. Maybe I am not seeing something. I want to eliminate the banner and text completely, but I still need the main menu to function on the right side of the page. Thanks in advance!

Try to disable main menu and all articles publish under user menu, that is my first guess.
