In the user guide for Ja Pariiti it says I need to choose the type of menu in the index.php file of the ja_pariiti template directory but I can’t find that anywhere in the php file.

—–To choose your menu type, go to the 32 nd line in the “ja_pariiti/ index.php” and change —–$ja_menutype to what you need.
—–1 is Split Menu, 2 is Suckerfish, 3 is Transmenu and 4 Dropline Menu

Do I need to look for something else in the code? I want to use the Transmenu.

you can go from the joomla template manager…

just go where you manage the template, select your template and click on: EDIT HTML from the option. (its the index.php that is actually in /templates/ja_pariiti/INDEX.PHP)

and just go to the line:

$ja_menutype = 4; // 1: Split Menu; 2: Son of Suckerfish Dropdown Menu; 3: Transmenu; 4: Dropline menu

its about 30 line from the beginning

just put the number 3 for Transmenu and thats it, hope that will help you out.
