I am working on an established site , which has Ja_puresite template installed. Now the owner of the site give me pinterest site verification code , the site says

Add this meta tag to the <head> of your index.html file (or equivalent):
<blockquote><meta name=”p:domain_verify” content=”623cd5e9e749352f99********************” /></blockquote>

Now, there is not index.html file present, so where shoud I had to place that code? :((

There are many files with name index.php but it does not contain head tags. Please help me where should I put that code so i will able to verify that site.
