Having an issue with autoheight on wrapper.

On firefox it is working perfectly, on IE8 it isn’t.

I don’t have the ability to test older versions of ie, but compatibility view in ie8 makes no difference.

I can set a fixed height, but obviously this isn’t ideal in a format where the heigh changes depending on what is being displayed, you end up with heaps of white space on low content pages to accomodate the high content pages.

the register link on main menu to see issue, forums link has fixed size lot of white space.

Is there a way I can fix this so it works in ie the way it does in firefox? thanks.

searches brought up simular problems, but none that I think are the same.

possibly solved.

could have been an issue with my broswer specifically.

I gave up trying to fix it. turned off computer for the night. In the morning it worked lol.

either I did something in my sleep, or just had a broswer issue of some kind that a reboot fixed.

works fine now. for me anyway in ie8.
