Hi,

I have ja_quickcontact installed on my website.

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Without changing anything.

When i click the send button it makes a post to “modules/mod_jaquickcontact/admin/helper.php?japaramaction=sendEmail”.
The response for that call is:

and then the browser makes a call to:

And i get that error and nothing more appends.

What can it be?

Hi robosavvy,

You can check the access limitation settings of components/modules/plugins/templates in the .htaccess files which can cause the JA Quick contact’s functions not load correctly.
