How do I install or and what folder I FTP the ja_quillaja_source.zip file? I mean the .psp files

This is for your personal use to change the graphics, etc. Open the zip file on your computer. Then open individual files with Photoshop or Fireworks and change the graphics as you need and then upload to your site.

After you change the logo or any other images you might want to change replace the existing ones located in the templates/ja_quillaja/images/ folder. As far as changing them you will need to open them locally on your computer with Photoshop or Fireworks. If you are unfamiliar with doing this and you only want to change the logo you can put in a request for a change here http://www.joomlart.com/forums/forum/logos-and-headers-modification-requests-new/ and someone will help you out.
