Hello,

I bought Ja Teline II and I have a problem with the ja_slwi (or hot topic) extension.
I parametrize what i could in the module but impossible to see correctly the text when I put my mouse on.

You can see my example on my website : http://www.hourrafoot.com, the image in the bottom.

I don’t know what to do !!!!

Hello repunto!

I have checked your problem.

Perhaps the reason is your configuration.
You make sure some conditions in your configurate as following :
1. Did you set enable for the JA_slwi module?, Where does the JA_slwi module display?
2. Did you select and put category’s ID into the param: “Category IDs”?,
This category has a minimum of one article each.

If it don’t work, you should submit a ticket to the Joomlart Support Department , JA could has a closer look on the issue

hi man thanks for ur answer but the problem is
i get off the module and reinstall via zip folder module mod_ja_catslwi

but still the same problem

ive configured the module again with category and the module show in the correct place “left” side but doesnt show anything

i dont know what to do , there arent news or info about this problem in the forum even all net

I can not find text “modules/mod_jacatslwi/ja_catslwi/ja.catslwi.css”, and “modules/mod_jacatslwi/ja_catslwi/ja.catslwi.js”, In the JA’s demo: http://template15.joomlart.com/ja_teline_ii/, you meet them in there. They are js and css file which using for display articles.
– So that I sure your site don’t load mod_jacatslwi module, please try again:
