Ok, So I reinstalled everything except sample data, to recreate my site, with out all the sampledata. Everything is working great as expected except for the cols below the main article, under admin content article options, its set up this way

intro 4
col 2
links 4
But it seems there are three cols below the main article, the 2 articles I have published are both left justified and right next to each other, leaving room for a third article, and sometime overlap, I actually publshed a third article there just to see how it would act, and it did just like it was supposed to be for 3 articles instead of 2
How do I fix this, what do I need to check, Im using the default default profile and default layout, except its set to tremplatw width auto ?
