    hi all,
I have upgraded to the new version of ja-tabs and now with Safari the module doesn’t show not at all if “ajax” is on in its parameters list.
    Is it normal?

    thanks, regards

yes, but ajax was already off, therefor it works…
    If I enable it, ja-tabs doesn’t show ja-bulletin and so on…

I’ve already deleted the cache, thanks.

It isn’t a browser’s issue: I tried with IE 8 in Windows and there is the same problem: with ajax enabled I cannot see ja_bullettin inside ja_tab, as in Safari in a Mac.

I had posted in screenshot earlier of it in safari with ajax turned on and it still apears fine

Or, to troubleshoot, You can try to disable extensions using jquery framework

ok, but the problem is if *in the module settings (database)* ajax is on, for me.

    thanks, cheers

Not sure but it works fine for me. You can probably, even try viewing it on another system

    I don’t know: it’s really strange.
I tried in two computers, with two different OS and IP, and there is always the same problem: if “Use Ajax” is set to “yes”, ja_tabs doesn’t show not at all, I must disable the setting to see its content.
I’ve downloaded again from Joomlart the 1.5.1 version, put it on the server (linux): still the same issue.

now, pls try to check this file: /plugins/content/ja_tabs/ajaxloader.php

    1) Does it exist on your package?
    2) its file permission is not 777, you set it with permission 644 or 755 and check this issue again ( the ja_tabs folder’s permission is not 777, too)

if the problem is not fixed, can you please provide me the administrator account, i would like to check the issue in detail

    hi tienc,
I think to have found the problem: I had the version 1.4 of the plugin. Now I have put 1.5 and all seems to be ok.
However I’m making some more tests.

…it seems ok, but with more tabs and two or more instances of ja_bulletin sometimes there is a strange behaviour: images are not loaded in the Bulletin module or in other tabs.
sure a combination of several things, but for now I can put “Use ajax” to “no”. And in this case ajax seems to work …the same.
    I’m investigating…

    Update:
I’m using sh404SEF: in a tab with ja_bulletin if in ja_tabs “Use ajax” is, then the images will be converted into a “SEF” new link, and so they become “broken”. If “use ajax” is no, all it’s ok…

this is a strange problem, may be the sh404SEF is working wrongly. Can you please provide me the link to your site for closer look and solution.

I have the same problem. If I set ajax on Module shows-up empty. This is happening in my localbox. When I move my site to a hosting server it works fine. I’m using ja_community_plus

I take it back. JA Tabs doesn’t work on my hosting server as well.
