Just installed Quickstart for Ja_Teline joomla 3.2. Unfrotunately after about 30 mins the front or backend are inaccessible. This has happened with and without Jomsocial installed.

Unable to log-in. Error being:

“Warning
You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.
Threads indicate sh404sef problems but I am unable to verify this.”

any help??

I have the same problem with default template and sh404sef when my site is locked for development.
The problem doesn’t exist when i disable sh404sef

OK, sef is disabled in Joomla – where do we go from here? I have sh404sef from anything digital and they don’t seem to have the answer either. Any ideas???

Hi,

You can keep Joomla SEF to on, try the sh404 sef to off that’s what i tried to explain on my previous reply.

(you need to use phpmyadmin in order to disable sh404sef if you don’t have access to your joomla admin panel).
